The process was very unorganized.
Great overall
Title company did not have all (Proceeds authorization form) the documents necessary to close. To this date we have yet to hear from them how to get the proceeds to us.
Very easy process. And the representative Deon Made sure I had everything I needed to complete the application definitely worth it.
Good service and communication, the closing was not smooth.
I received conflicting emails from a different person than Jacob and when I tried to clarify what was going on no one knew what I was talking about.
Robyn was wonderful to work with and responsive with all questions asked.
Michelle was great to work with during the process of refinancing our home loan
