Issues was communication from loan officer and day of signing. I got a call at 7 am the notary could not make it because of illness. He said he notified the office 2 hours earlier. Between service link and PennyMac mac I could not reach anyone for reschedule on Saturday. I called in and was referred to loan officer. I sent emails to both service link and multiple people with penny mac but no response period not even Monday. Got it rescheduled for Monday at 6. Cesar did a great job of communicating with me. When he did not have all the answers I received a call back from Cesar. This was an investment property so we had to deal with more moving parts, but Cesar was able to handle the file in great fashion! Thank you Cesar for your help! David Malchow
