We regret choosing PennyMac. Cashcall used previously was done in 10 days. We completed the application on 10/29/21 and were told repeatedly we would be complete by 12/21/21. Payoff for our HELOC was submitted 3 times and rejected stating the need to resubmit since it did not have our account number and signed approval to request. We had to intervene and our credit union responded in 12 hours which would have taken 7-10 days typically. But due to the ineptness of title company and PennyMac staff weeks were lost.
