Was promised a closing within 60 days, which did not happen. This cost me money that I would not have had to pay had I closed within the 60-day time period. Also, I closed a week ago and have yet to see my funds deposited into my account.

I didn’t have to leave my house for the closing. PennyMac took care of it by sending a notary to my home to sign all the paperwork. Very quick and easy!
