My loan process for refinance was much easier than I expected it to be. Ivonne was wonderful with answering any questions I had throughout the process. Extremely happy with the service and happy to be a PennyMac customer.

Closed on my refinance in a timely matter, they beat other companies by atleast a .5% intrest rate. I got to sign everything over the phone and was walked through things if need. And when it came time to close i was able to schedule the closing time and location myself. They even sent someone to my house to do the closing.
The online process was nice.
