The entire appraisal process was very frustrating. Both my agent and I had to check in on time sensitive updates regarding the appraisal to find out that progress was made and we were not notified. Every piece of information that we were informed about throughout the loan process was prompted with either a phone call or email by my agent or myself. Be diligent with timelines and having clear communication to manage expectations would have been appreciated.

Kristina provided exceptional support. The process went well. My only concern was that the final closing costs were approximately $1000 more than the estimated closing costs projected at the start of the process.
