There were several phone calls made about the closing document, the agents received the calls were not very helpful in explaining the info. And there was direct line or contact with Miguel.
It was faster than I expected. The people was very informative and reached out via phone to update me on the process. Bad part was the website interface. I had problems with it.
More communication to better assist the person
Kristina provided exceptional support. The process went well. My only concern was that the final closing costs were approximately $1000 more than the estimated closing costs projected at the start of the process.
The process went smooth, documents were easy to upload, and the communication was clear.
Poor communication
