Barry was helpful and very patient.
Grace was pleasant but not completely educated on her job. She needs more training and knowledge. Perhaps more time in the job listening to seasoned loan officers work their magic. I was asked for the same documents, I called to ask how far along things were, if things were needed from me. The loan all along was to close on December 31. Edna did great, but she caught the tale end of this loan process, the figure to close kept changing through out the process which was very frustrating.

Liem was great! He stayed in constant connection with me throughout the entire process. Always had answers to my questions.
There were times we got mixed information which made things a bit confusing. Some questions we asked were not answered with confidence, there was some back and forth.
Great team of people at Penny Mac. I would rather do business with Penny Mac over other businesses.
