Lack of communication - lack of accountability-no return calls - dismal attitude
I’m not sure who Linda Frazier actually is. I don’t recall seeing that name on any emails. I remember a Melissa and a Lisa, but we got so many emails it’s possible I missed it
Very friendly and professional.
Everyone was SO nice. Especially wonderful was Garrett Greene and Andrea Maddox. At first it was so hard doing everything on a cell phone, but Garrett walked me through it kindly. Then Andrea took over and it went like silk, even to a non- techie like me. Thanks a million Penny Mac!
