My only complaint is that I continue to receive solicitating phone calls to my phone after I have repeatedly asked not to be called by PennyMac. Not tied to this particular refinance, but a general issue with the company over the years.

The process seemed to be moving fine at first, but after the appraisal was done, it seemed like there was little correspondence to let us know what was going on. We received notification that a lien was on our property title, but when I called the creditor, they said they never put one on our house. I asked for a copy of the title report, and never got it. We then received a call from Francesca Hill who said the lien was being removed because the title company found out it was a mistake. This was around the week of Chris... read more

I had a great experience with Kayla. This was our first time refinancing and she made it feel easy and simple.
