Great people
Being transferred multiple times and not getting my questions answered promptly. Loan in information changing. Not having a direct phone number to my loan processor. PennyMac’s phone routing system is needs a lot of improvement!
There was a lengthy delay between when the appraisal on-site visit was completed and when the written report was available.
Jamie was very easy to speak with and when you had a question, he would find out the answer for you. He didn't stop working with us until the closing was complete.
The rep was very polite and communicated everything. She followed up with me and courteous.
Penny Mac did all the work all we had to do was sign the paper work it was great and smooth....
