I choose Penny Mac because I had dealt with them in the past and had a good experience with them then so upon refinancing my new home I decided to go with them again thus far we finally got it DONE! looking forward to doing good business with them for the duration of the loan

Not only was the process long and stressful, the communication between myself and the loan processing team including the title company was awful! The only time I got answers was by calling the customer service line and speaking with someone else outside of the original reps that were assigned to my loan. This process was so disappointing and stressful that I'm glad it's over! The only Representative that I can say I was satisfied with was Clark Smith and I didn't meet him until the end and that's unfortunate.
