Professionalism
You guys actually answer your phones and get back to customers. Didn't hesitate to help me refinance and made the process very easy.
Blake was great. But we were not able to close the day originally planned because of the error on the CD. The document was supposed to be sent to us ahead of time to review it and we would have caught it ahead of time and that would have avoided the delay. Then no one called us to tell us what need to do next after the delay of the closing and I had to call multiple times to get an answer. Generally, I am happy but it was a little frustrating.

After having to reschedule Mr. Ferrante informed me that my disability was to much for the notary to accommodate a signing that was not in a crowded restaurant not to mention I doubt anyone even cared we are currently still having a pandemic. Told me after supposedly talking to his manager(listen to the recording) that no accommodations would be made and I would have to reapply at a later date….
