At the end of the processJazmin Flowers contacted me about closing, I had seen some PennyMac literature with a lower rate and asked Jazmin if our rate could be lowered. She didn’t have the answer but contacted the initial loan officer, Katia Leao. Jazmin got back to me the next day and said Katia would contact me on Monday. She never did. They were very fast on communication of what was needed. I was able to close earlier than expected which was awesome! Great rates!
Paid in advance for flood insurance, didn't get final monthly payment, flew to Minnesota whlie family drove to Minnesota, met with title company to find out flood insurance added to monthly payments without notification, had to agree to it as I didn't want to lose home, asked Lori several times about this, still no response nor how to correct this. I feel let down by all this.
