My husband did most of communication. I appreciated you having someone come to our home to sign papers. Only thing I would change is the links you use to import documents, doesn't seem to be very user friendly, but we were able to fax.

Everyone knowing what they were to expect and having to get back to the one who initiated the loan. I feel there was not enough communication on their end. But I was able to get the loan closed and that’s all I wanted.
