Poor communication and no follow on questions I had for my processor. Very high% of the time my processor was not available and not returning my calls . I had to keep repeating my concerns to other processors.
There were some confusions on information communicated to me. Information from different persons who answer my phone calls when I call regarding some inquiry. One frustrating circumstance was when I was told the loan amount was changed including the reason why as well as the closing cost amount. Please review all recorded phone conversations to better understand what we have experienced. Christine and Sipan both were helpful and the updates and explanations were adequate.
Too slow and too many hoops to jump through more than once. Poor communication. Name spelled incorrectly even though the correct spelling had been provided more than one time.
