The documents needed for the settlement company from my ex wife were delayed because they were trying to reach her and I didn’t know about it. If I would have been contacted I would have told her that she needed to answer their call. As a consequence of this my loan was put in disposition.
Reymond made the process great...the overall experience would have been better if I had started with him. He clearly listened and spoke to my issues, alayed my fears and helped me to continue the process to the end.

Nathaniel was very patient and thorough. Really easy to talk to and professional.
Transparency and fast closing time frame
When regarding Julie Hill, everything was provided as promised. There were no issues. She did a great job.
Inconsistent communication. When people called to check, they couldn’t really answer my questions. I finally just gave up and signed to get it over with. I don’t want to give her too low of a rating because I’m not sure if it was her or just poor systems.
Krystal was fine- she gave us a once weekly update once she was assigned to us. My biggest problem and issue is with the original loan officer- Sevada. When I initially talked to him, he was great- pleasant and personable. He gave me his email address and said to email any questions to him. I emailed him no less than 5 times in the following weeks with questions and concerns and he never, not once, responded back to me. Ever.
