Communication was poor. I was called & informed the loan had been declined, then I was informed I was told the wrong information (by a different agent.) This is my second time trying to refinance & the process is clunky!

It felt like he process could have been faster. There was a period of time with no updates, just to find out a step on your end hadn't been done yet. Overall it was very impersonal.

When other team members outside of Michael (loan officer who was great) would call, they did not seem to know all the details or options. It was very alarming and we did not get answers until Michael was able to speak with us.

Appraisal schedule delays, closing cost estimate changes from initial to final with points ( loan origination costs increased with no explanation and no information)

We closed on Jan 5, 2022 and were told our funding would be wired on Jan 10. The title company (Boston National Title Company) did not contact me until the afternoon of the 10th to verify our bank info. I tried to contact them within an hour of receiving the email but reached voicemail. I talked with a closing specialist on the morning of the 11th and verified the banking info. She told me the funds would be deposited within 24 hours. The funds were still not in my account by 4:20pm on the 12th so I left another voicemail as... read more
