Lots of confusion regarding the Flood Ins. Took a really long to procees because of asking for documents PennyMac had to pay that Flood Ins. We ended up having to when PennyMac already had the funds in escrow.

I originally started the refinance with a different team member. Unfortunately, there was an issue regarding an unpaid dept. Sandrea quickly stepped in to guide us through the issue, and ultimately help us achieve our goal. We are happy to be staying with Penny Mac. Thank you, The Pendleton's
This loan officer was not confident in the entire process therefore it was very difficult for her to advise, guide or give any updates in a precise or accurate manner on my loan Listen to the recorded messages that will explain in detail what I’m referring to. Easy and painless
It's me and technology. I don't have computer etc
Everything about financing/refinancing with PennyMac was seamless. Their portal keeps me updated on where my loan is at any given time. And when I call, I don't have to navigate through a menu of annoying prompts...just press 1 and get a real live human!
Pam Wilcox was pleasant, thorough, professional, communicated well, and accurately. She was available most often when I called her, and/or promptly got back to me as appropriate. It was a real pleasure to work with her.
