I have been with PennyMac for over 4 years and I have nothing but praise for the company. Refinancing was a breeze. Everyone I worked with were professional and gave me exemplary service.
Awesome Great
My only negative comment is that throughout the refinancing process I continued to receive annoying calls, emails and wasteful mailers encouraging me to refinance. I wanted to respond with "WHAT'S IT LOOK LIKE I'M DOING ?!"
