Very easy process start to finish. Great communication on all fronts. Very fast closing also.
Nathaniel and other non licensed agents answering the phone were awesome. Amanda Webb is your missing link. She changed the conditions and figures 4 times with no communication to me. She even tried to slip in a charge for points without a word to me.
Entire process was simple from beginning to end. We have worked with the PennyMac team for multiple closings and are never disappointed!
Better communication. A verbal review by a member of my pennymac team of the closing documents with explanations would have made it better. Signing off electronically gets pennymac off the hook for providing great customer service. On the day of the close I expect a member of my penny team that I have previously talked to be available.
