Pennymac is very reliable and helpful. They have phone availability and you speak to people here in America. They have helped through multiple financial situations, both of which were resolved. For me, they have been a good company and I recommend them.

I feel like the communication could be worked on. Especially when you’re dealing with customers who live in different time zones. We also got requests for things on a Friday night two Business days before we were closing, and that added onto an extreme amount of stress especially when I was unable to get a hold of anybody over the weekend.
