I just didn’t feel like Jordan or the lady cared wouldn’t return calls or do what I asked seemed more worried about closing then taking care of the customer jus dissatisfied with the overall service.
Great first time refinance
This process was effortless on my part. I feel that is due to the knowledgeable people I delt with.
Barry was helpful and very patient.
Grace was pleasant but not completely educated on her job. She needs more training and knowledge. Perhaps more time in the job listening to seasoned loan officers work their magic. I was asked for the same documents, I called to ask how far along things were, if things were needed from me. The loan all along was to close on December 31. Everything was explained and delivered as expected. Nice team to work with.
I just wanted to comment on a couple of things. They told us we would receive the funds on a certain day. It did not come through until very late in the day. We were concerned that something went wrong. They also charged us for a wire transfer which was not explained to us. Overall everything was handled very well.
Everything was excellent.
Jesika was pleasant to work with, when I could get a hold of her. Areas for improvement: 1. communication on timeline (1 week from initial closing date I still had no communication from Jesika that we would not close on time (not her fault, builders fault and pennymac red tape that delayed), it was only after directly asking if we would close on time that I was given a straight answer. 2.
