PennyMac was Very Timely, however getting someone to call you back was a struggle. I had to keep calling to get answers...rarely was I called back...that was disappointing. Happy with the rest.
Communication was very easy. Everyone was really helpful. I closed relatively quickly which was nice. Much easier than I thought it would be
I did not receive my updated closing amount. When I called the day before closing they could not give it to me. This was frustrating. I didn’t have the check at closing and had to wait days to finally be able to wire funds.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and smooth the whole process went. I recommend this company to anyone who’s interested in buying a house. I always felt like I had someone by my side to help me with everything. Big thanks!!!

Had the team been in better communication. This is not specifically on Damian, I had to constantly call and send the same documents repeatedly. This caused my refinance to be temporarily declined. This isn’t my first refinance through PennyMac so I hope this was the exception.
Everything was easy
When I spoke to Jasmine, she was very pleasant; however, I think more frequent and proactive communication would have gone a long way. I understand the process is probably simple from your side of it; but for the lay-consumer with little-to-no experience, I really feel like someone should have been a little more attentive and available.
