Penny Mac makes the process very simple. I will stay with Pennymac in the event I need another loan in the future.
Very easy refi process. It was actually more easier than I thought it would be. Every week I received verbal updates regarding the status of my loan. Everything went very smoothly and loan closed on time.
It was better then what I had expected.
The Title company service was very inadequate, communication was poor. It took long time for them to respond if they do.

Corrie Hopkins was absolutely amazing. She worked with me throughout the entire process.
Brandy Harrison was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. However, Brandy was unable for a few days after my closing and things became very frustrating after contacting PennyMac and speaking to a young lady who really sounded as if she didn’t want to answer the phone and unable to provide me with any answers to my inquiries, the process took a turn for the worst. Thankfully, things were finally cleared up with the missing document and the funds were sent to the title company.
