This was an AMAZING experience for our refi! Everything was smooth and we even closed sooner than anticipated. I appreciate the communication and the fact that they didn’t ask for the same documents more than once like a previous experience with another company. The process was easy and mostly painless.
Start to finish was 3 months. Way too many people involved in the process. Multiple calls to set up closing when all the documentation wasn't even ready. Finally set up closing and while waiting 20 minutes on the third party to arrive, received a call from PennyMac that closing was canceled. I think less people should be involved. I think before someone from PennyMac calls the customer, they should review all of the documents to make sure they know what they're talking about. What would have made it better would be if Cindy would have returned the 2 messages that I left her, 3 messages my husband left her, and 3 messages that our realtor left her. Also being told that we’d need to stay with family or get a hotel since we would be without a place to live due to her error did not sit well with us. The most stressful experience we’ve ever been apart of. I didn’t receive a call back until I asked multiple people to speak to Cindy’s manager, which also never happened.
Zanetta did a great job of keeping me up to date on the process. She was great to work with!
It was easy to upload and download documents and not many request to satisfy requirements
I have received excellent throughout the loan process!!
The loan officer Joel Lamm was great from the start and clearly explained the process how the process would go and he was spot on. Reymond did the weekly check in calls and pleasant to speak with.
