Communication and accuracy. The willingness of PennyMac employees to resolve concerns and questions without being rude to the already angry customer. The only reason PennyMac still have my almost 300k loan is because of an employee named Elliana. She got everything resolved for me and got me to closing. I almost cancelled my refinance. If it wasn't for her, I would have taken my loan to a different company.
The ease and helpfulness of the whole process was extraordinary. Everyone was excellent. 5+ stars.
