Being actually able to reach our loan manager directly. Not being made upset by being given wrong information. Not being sent wrong links. Should have been told how disbursements would actually be made. Should have been advised as to how to expect the new loan number to be given to us. We were very impressed with Andrew Starley. Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner.
I told everyone from the application process to closing about one payee changing for student loan. I included documentation of the change. I received the incorrect check so title company is having to stop pmt & reissue. Please listen to the client and follow up if any questions.
Penny Mac is the best company ever, I look forward to doing more business with them soon!
5 Star the best
There was a hiccup with my closing due to a vesting schedule. Nayley was able to get in contact with me loan agent and adjust my cash to close since it would be pushed out a week. She was very helpful and fixed the issue ASAP.
