Nathaniel was exceptional. He provided me updates as he said he would. He was upfront with me about everything. My loan took a little longer than expected due to some title issues that were out of my control. Even with that, the experience was great. I am happy that I refinanced with PennyMac. As a fellow mortgage processor, the experience was great. It was so nice to only deal with one person after the loan advisor.
To many people were I involved. We were under the understanding that Jacob was a VA representative as he introduced himself as such. Alot of the documents her requested had already been submitted and some even found to be inaccurate. It was hard to get ahold of Jacob and information on the account. He also stated no one at Pennmac has an email, however we could email Erin directly with an email. Giffry and I Botha agree that Jacob definitely needs more training.
