I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with every member of the M.A.C. Team that I have dealt with. It is refreshing to find a business/service with this as the norm.
All the documents were ready and clearly marked where to sign. Happy with the service. Was much quicker than expected.

When regarding Julie Hill, everything was provided as promised. There were no issues. She did a great job.
Krystal was fine- she gave us a once weekly update once she was assigned to us. My biggest problem and issue is with the original loan officer- Sevada. When I initially talked to him, he was great- pleasant and personable. He gave me his email address and said to email any questions to him. I emailed him no less than 5 times in the following weeks with questions and concerns and he never, not once, responded back to me. Ever.
