No communications, I had to do 90% of the work (when ask for assistance was told that was not their job). Was told an item was needed, sent it three times then was told it was the wrong document (better explanation would have clear it up the first time). Made to feel that I was not appreciated as a customer and felt belittled several times. Very unprofessional, and no I would not recommend or would I use your service again if I can avoid it.
Nothing could make it better. Customer service was fine, and everyone was helpful when I spoke to them. I was told that my pay off of my truck was gonna get done electronically through my bank. Handled completely by PennyMac. Well I ended up receiving a live check by fedex and I had no idea it was a check because I wasn’t expecting it due to what I was told. My loan officer kept me informed during the process and made me feel at ease about my refinancing…personable and friendly, she didn’t make me feel like a number being processed.
Great service from beginning to the end.
At the finish and closing there were a few mistakes that were made and it's taking too much of my time to try and correct. The mistakes were not complicated ones, the mistakes were just a matter of negligence.
