What made our refinancing experience great was knowing that we had people we could contact, such as Raveena, who would work diligently to answer our questions and move the loan process forward. Knowing we had support makes working with PennyMac all the more worthwhile!
Everything was good until Lauren took over she had a attitude when I asked that the sq footage was off she didn’t seem to care or make an effort to talk to the appraisal team to fix it. We had to make phone calls and get the appraiser to fix the correct sq footage. She said it would not make a difference because it was less than 100 sq feet when we told her over and over that it was more than 100 sq ft.
