From the time we contacted PennyMac to ask about refinancing with them, which is a new mortgage company for us, we didn't have any problems with anything all the way through closing. We were very happy with the process and we're glad we switched to PennyMac.

All went very well. The title company mixed up the dates for sign8mg but it was corrected and we were able to close in 2021
The process to refinance was very easy! Ted Scheidell is absolutely amazing at what he does. Hilda called every week with updates, answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop as soon as something changed. I highly recommend Penny Mac to any and every one. You will not be disappointed.
