The entire team from beginning to end worked together to make our experience seamless. We were not frustrated at any point and impressed by how well everyone communicated. Thank you so much for your help, especially during this exceptionally busy time within our economy.
Even thought the first phone call to start the refi process was lengthy Barry walked me through the process and kept me updated weekly with the status and progress through the system.
Stick to the original closing date. Better communication.
I was very dissatisfied with the process. With all the loans that I have closed with PennyMac, this one was not smooth nor acceptable. The length of time that it took as well as the communication given. If processing additional loans, I would definitely not choose PennyMac as the first option.

It was very easy to get ahold of someone to talk to, and if I left a message the call was returned promptly. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgable. I am glad that PennyMac is keeping my loan!
