I literally had to call day after day for an update. And my closing cost changed to what I was informed it was suppose to be.
Timely and a professional experience
Beginning with my initial conversation with Maria Espana all the way through the process with Charisse Reed my experience was extremely positive. The accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of the process exceeded my expectations. Charisse was very responsive to all my inquiries and clearly wanted to ensure I had a good experience. The whole experience was horrible and the only excuse that PennyMac's team would relay was that "Due to these unprecedented times: - you will now enter and experience the silent abyss. There will be no updates or any information passed along to you. Wait for several months and still not have any answers - always blaming Covid. The traveling notary never called or showed up as promised! The closing costs were more than the agent said that it would be as well as the new mortgage payment. Excuses.
