Lots of confusion regarding the Flood Ins. Took a really long to procees because of asking for documents PennyMac had to pay that Flood Ins. We ended up having to when PennyMac already had the funds in escrow.

This loan officer was not confident in the entire process therefore it was very difficult for her to advise, guide or give any updates in a precise or accurate manner on my loan Listen to the recorded messages that will explain in detail what I’m referring to. Everything about financing/refinancing with PennyMac was seamless. Their portal keeps me updated on where my loan is at any given time. And when I call, I don't have to navigate through a menu of annoying prompts...just press 1 and get a real live human!
