Did a good job. Saved me the monies.
You need to have an assigned loan officer working on the loan and that officer should answer calls from the customer instead of having multiple people working on the case.
Ms Lopez went above and beyond for us. She is amazing!!
It was quick, easy and to the point
Easy-ish process and complete on time. The only thing I would add is be more specific when tests are needed. I had to make half a dozen phone calls to figure out what a “water test” meant but all in all a good and easy experience.
