It went pretty well there was just a few glitches
Having a team that was more respectful and understanding with scheduling changes and routes of communication. Having the team remain the same or clearly communicate who in the loan process is handling which aspect Overall, a very frustrating and difficult process.

I was well inform in the proceedings which lead to the elimination of stress enabling me to enjoy the refinancing journey. Joyce Long was great and available during each step of the process.
