The loan took over 100 days to close. Every time I called I was just told that you were so busy. What actually happened is that our county had a fire and my loan was just sitting there waiting for something. When I finally became a nuisance is when it was discovered that there was additional information needed. I could never reach anyone personally I would have to leave a message and get a call back. Email would go to a general email and then get passed on to the correct person.
Both Layal and Sandra were very responsive, always returned calls quickly & always kept me in the loop regarding next steps. I highly recommend PennyMac for great service an a great rate!
The refinance process was effortlessly and efficient. I was able to complete the process within the expected time frame and was happy with my overall experience!
Angelica did a great job, she kept us informed and helped when we needed to ask a few questions.
With a couple of minor snags, this was an easy, relatively painless process

Jericha Kane was outstanding from the start of the loan process though loan closing. She communicated effectively with me while answering all my questions within 24 hours or less. As a result, my overall PennyMac loan experience was fantastic. In addition, the PennyMac loan portal for signing loan documentation is well designed and easy to navigate
