I applied for the loan late October, early November. I received a email 11/26 that stated the loan was approved. I was told that this was a contingent approval. That was not explained earlier. However, the loan did not close until 12/30. I feel the process took longer than necessary. Max Mitchell was very helpful.
Jenny demonstrates exactly what good customer service means. She was informative yet personable. She is very knowledgeable about the process and answered any questions quickly, accurately and understandably. She is a true asset to your company and it was a pleasure working with her.

Josie was easy to talk to and I felt like she had a clear understanding of my expectations throughout the process.
Loan officers need to have a better understanding of what the underwriters are asking for. I don't have time to send 14 documents only to find out that what they really want is something completely different
Brandon never reached out directly to me it was always me to him. Laurie was the only consistent help. Also I sent many documents multiple times. My phone number was wrong and supposedly corrected multiple times and still never was.
