I had to ask multiple people the same request multiple times. The results were ultimately achieved but redundant. I feel that if one person would have communicated with me instead of multiple people the process would have went a lot smoother
Lots of confusion regarding the Flood Ins. Took a really long to procees because of asking for documents PennyMac had to pay that Flood Ins. We ended up having to when PennyMac already had the funds in escrow.

Everything went as expected
It was quick and easy. Closed way before anticipated and the timing for us was perfect. Plus we got a really good rate.
I originally started the refinance with a different team member. Unfortunately, there was an issue regarding an unpaid dept. Sandrea quickly stepped in to guide us through the issue, and ultimately help us achieve our goal. We are happy to be staying with Penny Mac. Thank you, The Pendleton's

Easy and painless
Everything about financing/refinancing with PennyMac was seamless. Their portal keeps me updated on where my loan is at any given time. And when I call, I don't have to navigate through a menu of annoying prompts...just press 1 and get a real live human!
