Being actually able to reach our loan manager directly. Not being made upset by being given wrong information. Not being sent wrong links. Should have been told how disbursements would actually be made. Should have been advised as to how to expect the new loan number to be given to us. We were very impressed with Andrew Starley. While process went faster than I anticipated. Original close date given was Jan 15th. I signed closing paperwork on Dec 30th.
