I got a better interest rate on my refinance than I expected. The entire process were quick and easy, the loan closed within 30 days. Highly recommended.

Everything went as planed and the whole process was excellent.
Process took time, but the loan closed within the time originally identified.
The communication with Penny Mac was less then desirable. Emails sent should have been reviewed before sending. There was unclearly communication and I had to continue to point out discrepancies. After requesting some clarity my request were ignored for days if not weeks. Penny Macs contact information on their website is baseless. It only provides the same phone numbers and does not allow the customers to retrieve management assistances. I will never recommend anyone to Penny Mac.
I was impressed on how easy and convenient the whole process was. 100% Online. Charisse was very helpful and I appreciated very much her weekly updates. Thank you!!!
