Jocelyn was excellent. Prompt and honest if we had any questions. She was also patient if we gathered insufficient documentation explaining what underwriting was specifically looking for. I’d give her 11/10 stars!
Eric was very professional and went over and above contacting the title company and escalating it because we had issues with the title company and getting them to contact my Ex husband to get a quit claim deed signed. We did this during the holidays and we were able to get it done on time even though it seemed like we wouldn't.
Great follow-up and streamlined refi process.
Repeated emails asking me to sign the same document multiple times was very annoying. No one was able to make them stop. I started the process in October and it took till Jan to get it completed. I had to call at least twice asking what was taking so long.
Penny Mac makes the process very simple. I will stay with Pennymac in the event I need another loan in the future.
The process was easy. Would recommend.
Very easy refi process. It was actually more easier than I thought it would be. Every week I received verbal updates regarding the status of my loan. Everything went very smoothly and loan closed on time.
