It was ok, refi kept getting pushed back. I wait about 3.5months for the process.
I have no issue with PennyMac, but please stop using covid as an excuse for delays.
This was my first time refinancing and everyone involved was very patient with me through its completion. Jenny German in particular was very kind and helpful in all emails and calls we had. This new and confusing process was made easy to understand and now I have a lower interest rate that puts a smile on my face. Thank you PennyMac!

Pennymac moved quickly and accurately processing my loan. This was a painless experience and would recommend using Pennymac.
Overall, the process was okay but there were some miscommunications throughout and it took 3 months from start to finish. Some of that was due to the number people refinancing at once but my loan officer was very responsive and worked quickly to rectify issues and find answers.
