Better communication on what the appraisal is about, what might happen , what the appraisal people are looking for and that they could delay the loan for repairs..

The whole process was fast and easy and really saved me and my family some money! It was great overall!
The first loan processing agent we had did a poor job of communicating, we had emailed and told him upfront about changes to the loan app desired after the appraisal came in, and he failed to update the loan docs for almost two months. And he kept trying to get us to close on the original loan. Finally they got the loan docs updates, and we stopped getting updates from the processing agent. Once Ajanay Cummings was assigned everything went great!
