5star PennyMac team was great on answering any I may have. They also clear things up for me in regards to my mortgage payment on auto pay.

The process was easy and fast. I was called on a weekly basis so that I could be updated with any important information and to ask if I had any questions. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, and when closing date came, the title company representative came to my house. I was even able to schedule it on a Sunday!
My experience with Edna Gotay was fine. However, my experience with Jarett Delbene was awful! When we called to find out about loan refinance options we spoke to Jarett. That was the last time we heard from him until I emailed him asking for an update. I did not hear from him again until I complained about all the blunders with our closing documents. Our refinance took 4 months. Jarett did not follow up, send us an update or anything until we inquired. At closing, my name was misspelled and the loan amount had changed... read more
