Quick and easy!
I called Penny MAC out curiosity if I could lower my APR and get a better deal on my home loan. Needless to say they not only lowered it but cut it in half! The process was painless and went smoothly. Highly Recommend!!

personnel helpful and prompt. did not always seem to understand rural limitations for internet and cell service that often complicated communications and times documents were due, but were helpful and courteous in overcoming these obstacles.
