Documents I sent were frequently sent back as "too blurry" upon contacting the agent about suggestions on how to fix this or other routes to submit, his advice was "they're too blurry. they're just too blurry. gotta resubmit" basically repeating everything I already knew and offering zero advice.
The difficulty of doing on line was stressful for me as my computer skills are lacking. Drew was patient and helpful.
