Documentation upload request were not clear and did not work properly. Request were made to upload documents yet there was no place on the portal to upload to.
Great customer service, available for questions.
I was very happy with my experience. I have iij ne question left but it came up during close and then the Holidays. I will try to reach Tiffany again this week.

The process took quite a while from start to finish. I started in September and closed in December.
It was a lot easier than a loan broker that I tried before PennyMac. Less documents, better communication, shorter time frame. Not a stressful experience at all.
