This comment and my scores do not reflect on Eric. I understand he is trained to follow strict guidelines and protocols. I would just say that I never felt like more than a loan/application number in your system. I was never addressed by name in any emails. It doesn't take much to add a salutation when replying to emails and it would have added a lot to my experience.
Great communication. Although, I would have busy work days, I would have voice messages with detail on returning calls.
The process to refinance was very easy! Ted Scheidell is absolutely amazing at what he does. Hilda called every week with updates, answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop as soon as something changed. I highly recommend Penny Mac to any and every one. You will not be disappointed.
Everything was as expected. However my cash out value changed based on my appraisal and I had to call to understand how much my mortgage would be and how much I could take out. We also received the same emails a few times even after we completed the task. No complaints at all, just want to bring it your attention for improvement. We were happy overall, just those small things that we noticed. People were very friendly and answered all questions promptly. Thank you very much for everything!
No communications, I had to do 90% of the work (when ask for assistance was told that was not their job). Was told an item was needed, sent it three times then was told it was the wrong document (better explanation would have clear it up the first time). Made to feel that I was not appreciated as a customer and felt belittled several times. Very unprofessional, and no I would not recommend or would I use your service again if I can avoid it.
Nothing could make it better. Customer service was fine, and everyone was helpful when I spoke to them. I was told that my pay off of my truck was gonna get done electronically through my bank. Handled completely by PennyMac. Well I ended up receiving a live check by fedex and I had no idea it was a check because I wasn’t expecting it due to what I was told.
