My experience with Edna Gotay was fine. However, my experience with Jarett Delbene was awful! When we called to find out about loan refinance options we spoke to Jarett. That was the last time we heard from him until I emailed him asking for an update. I did not hear from him again until I complained about all the blunders with our closing documents. Clear communication being provided when changed happen
I received weekly phone call to update me on the process and for me to ask any question or concern.
My experience was flawless from the beginning until closing. I will recommend Penny Mac to others who are looking to purchase a home or refinance.

The entire process was super easy. I explored other lenders and did not have the same experience.
More proactive communication and timeline updates. So much time was spent with us waiting and wondering what was happening. It was also very difficult to get a hold of our loan agent when needed. Closing documents were inaccurate twice and should’ve been sent for our review proactively rather than us having to jump through hoops to see them prior to closing.
The initial communication was wonderful with the first couple phone calls answered all of my questions. Everything went smoothly after that.
